Coach Michael Flores
Michael is a veteran offensive lineman with experience at Dartmouth College, Old Dominion University, and the University of Louisville. He started all 12 games at center for Old Dominion, contributing to a team that led the Sun Belt Conference in rushing yards and touchdowns. With accolades including CSC All-District at Dartmouth and a Boca Raton Bowl victory at Louisville, Michael's journey reflects his coaching philosophy of steady growth and hard work. Coming from a family where all siblings earned Ivy League degrees and three brothers played football, he understands how family culture influences success.

Coach Lane Taylor
Lane Taylor is a former NFL offensive lineman and coach dedicated to developing the next generation of offensive and defensive linemen, now working with athletes out of Aledo, Texas. Having competed at the highest level of professional football with the Green Bay Packers, Lane brings a rare perspective to lineman development — one shaped by years of going toe-to-toe with the best pass rushers in the world. At Oklahoma State University, Lane built the foundation of his career as a college standout before earning his way onto an NFL roster — a feat accomplished by only a small fraction of college players. During his time with the Green Bay Packers, he lined up alongside some of the game's elite offensive linemen, protecting franchise quarterbacks and competing at a level that demands technical perfection and elite football IQ week in and week out. That professional experience is what Lane now brings directly to the athletes he coaches at Trench U. Lane specializes in offensive and defensive line development, teaching the specific techniques that separate good linemen from great ones — leverage, footwork, hand placement, pre-snap recognition, and the relentless competitive mindset required to win in the trenches at the next level. His training philosophy is built on the same standards that kept him on an NFL roster: precise fundamentals, film awareness, and disciplined repetition that becomes second nature under pressure. Lane has worked with athletes from youth football through high school prospects with Division I aspirations. His mission is straightforward: give linemen the tools, technique, and confidence to dominate the line of scrimmage — and turn their football dreams into a reality.
