Linemen Leagues is a 4-week summer competition program for high school O-line and D-line. Live 1-on-1 pass rush. Every rep scored by a ref. Every rep filmed. Film sent to player and coach.

The 1-on-1 Pass Rush Rules

Every rep runs on a 3.5-second clock — realistic time-to-throw.

Defensive lineman wins the rep if:

• He reaches the QB spot in under 3.5 seconds

Defensive lineman loses the rep if:

• He jumps offsides

• He bull rushes

• He uses hands to the face

Offensive lineman wins the rep if:

• He holds the rusher past 3.5 seconds

Offensive lineman loses the rep if:

• He holds

• He false starts

• He goes to the ground or falls on the defender

 

Every rep scored on the spot. No gray area, no replay debates. Wins and losses tallied across the 4 weeks so players see real progression in their own film.
